excellent hotel experience
excellent service steam room comfortable bed
the hotel's location is very central. the staff provided excellent service. i arrived early and gained access to my room right away. the pool and steam room were very clean and included dyson hair dryers and natura bissé cleansers. the king bed in my room was comfortable and the linens were of high quality (everything was fresh!). homemade chocolates were left in my room in the evening.

i found the service to be prompt and attentive. the staff handled requests efficiently and courteously. every interaction felt personalized, meeting expectations for a hotel of this caliber (i really liked that they remembered my name).
